Karma yoga is a form of Ashtanga yoga that involves performing asanas in order, from the most negative to the most positive. To do karma yoga, you need to find a yoga studio or a yoga class that meets your needs. Ideally, you’d find one that’s located in a busy area so you can do the Asanas in a public place. If that’s not possible, there are plenty of other options such as parks, spas, or beaches where you can still practice. When you walk into a studio, you’ll usually be asked to choose a style of yoga. There are many different forms of yoga, and choosing the right one for you will depend on what type of yoga you enjoy and what your needs are.
Find a style of yoga that’s the perfect match for you: Begin your practice by finding a style of yoga that you enjoy. If possible, try to find a studio that specializes in that particular style. In some cases, you might want to look into persuading your employer to let you work out on the job. If your company offers health benefits, you can often get as many as three days off work each month to practice your favourite asana. Find a routine that works for you: Once you find a studio that works for you, the next step is to find a routine that works for you. Every person has different preferences when it comes to their routine, so try out various options until you find something that works best for you. Practice as often as you can: One of the best things you can do for your health and well-being is to practice as often as you can. Find a studio that’s open 24/7 and practising 4-5 times per week is usually enough to keep you going. If you’re having trouble finding a studio that works for you, you can always try driving around looking for studios that look interesting. You might just find one by accident!
