This routine is meant to help release toxins and increase blood flow, resulting in increased energy and better health! The breathing technique used in this workout is slow and steady, which is helpful when you’re trying to get fit and look great! There are many different ways to do this workout, but when you’re just getting started, you can simply lie down on your stomach with your eyes shut and your mouth shut. When you’re able to control your breathing better, you can open your eyes and bend your knees so you can sit up straight and balance yourself with your feet on the floor.

Bandasana Workout for getting fit and looking great!

This workout is meant to be done for 8 minutes straight, with one 30-60 second inhale and one 60-90 second exhale. Inhaling for 3 seconds and exhaling for 3 seconds is great for balancing your mind and your body. You can also perform this workout while lying on your back, or you can do it in a standing position with your feet together.
